About The Position

Check Quality
Operator backup
Feed board into machines
Inspection, counting and bundling of items
Reporting all deficiencies to the operator immediately
Stacking of neat bales per work order specification
Properly filling out top sheets per work order specification
Obtaining and proper use of top and bottom sheets
Mounting die boards
Mounting lead edge stripping die
Housekeeping (organizing and keeping area neat and clean)
Preventive maintenance

Requirements

• Counting and stacking finished product, reading factory order, occasional lifting / carrying up to 25 pounds required with more frequent lifting/carrying of 1-20 pounds.
• The job requires reaching below waist and knee, and at waist level, kneeling, squatting, and climbing stairs on rare occasions.
• More frequent hand/wrist work, keyboarding and mousing, power grasping, and pushing/pulling materials.
• More frequent walking left and right-hand work and simple grasping and constantly standing on feet for extended periods of time.
