Requirements

2-5 years industrial machine maintenance/technician experience required
Building maintenance experience
Mechanical aptitude and abilities
Industry knowledge
Able to safely operate equipment as needed
Capable of standing for extended period of times
Able to work in a warehouse environment on concrete flooring and in varying temperatures
Able to lift 50+ lbs. comfortably
Consistent work history with strong verifiable references
Able to work independently and with a team
Self-starter, motivated
Able to see the big picture
Flexible in working overtime when necessary
Other duties as assigned

Nice To Haves

Prefinish/paint machine maintenance experience a plus

Responsibilities

Perform complex preventative maintenance and repair of all manufacturing machines, vehicles, equipment, and grounds
Develop and execute a preventative maintenance program for all building machinery and equipment, and grounds in accordance with manufacturer and industry standards, and local, state, and federal regulations
Maintain inventory of parts necessary for performing building maintenance; initiate requisitions for purchases as needed
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle maintenance checks
Audit buildings for OSHA compliance
Other duties as assigned
