About The Position

Cenveo is hiring experienced Envelope Machine
Adjusters to set up, tune, and maintain high speed envelope manufacturing
equipment. This role requires strong mechanical skill, troubleshooting ability,
and a commitment to safety and quality. Pay & Schedule $23.83/hr + shift
premium $0.35/hr (when working nights). 2 days and 2 nights required : Day
shift 7am -- 7pm / Night shift 7pm -- 7am. Mandatory Overtime is required for
1-2 days during this busy season. Overtime may be required during busy
season/based on business needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years envelope machine adjusting experience
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of cutting, folding, gluing systems and envelope tolerances
• Detail oriented, safety focused, and reliable
• Consistent attendance and dependability are critical for this role

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and adjust envelope machines
• Perform changeovers, size adjustments, and mechanical repairs
• Maintain machine speed, accuracy, and uptime
• Inspect product quality and minimize waste
• Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and part replacement
• Install paper, glue systems, tooling, other requirements safely
