About The Position
General Purpose of Job : To provide world class customer service and assistance to members and guests entering the facility by saying “hello” and “goodbye”, utilizing names, acknowledging everyone, and always staying consistent and informed.. Essential Duties : This job description is intended to cover the minimum essential duties assigned on a regular basis. Associates may be asked to perform additional duties as assigned by their leader. Leadership has the right to alter or modify the duties of the position.

- Previous customer service experience required.
- High School Diploma
- Must have a friendly disposition and the desire to work with people
- Must have the ability to multi-task
Responsibilities
- Greeting each member and guest
- Accepting ownership and responsibility
- Maintaining knowledge on current club programs
- Scheduling/reserving courts
- Sign-up for program registration
- Problem solving
- POS Transactions
- Answering phones, paging, and placing calls into VM
- Renting out equipment
- Fond Farewell
