About The Position
Accountable for the full scope of resident retention responsibilities including sending lease renewal offers and ensuring all lease paperwork is processed timely for transfer, tenant pass downs and renewals. This involves serving as a primary point of contact for residents who have pending lease renewals, transfers or pass downs. This is a full-time role WITH BENEFITS. The typical schedule for this role is Tuesday-Saturday, 9a-6p with a pay rate of $19/hour.
