This role delivers exceptional tier 2 deskside and remote support, ensuring seamless installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, networks, and peripherals. Responsibilities include managing laptop imaging via Intune Autopilot, configuring mobile devices for Intune MDM/MAM, and resolving connectivity issues such as VPN access. The position requires collaboration with internal teams and external vendors, ownership of projects, and creation of clear technical and user-facing documentation. Success in this role demands strong customer advocacy, adherence to SLA/KPI standards, and a proactive, data-driven approach to problem-solving. This role is fully onsite in the Salt Lake City area and applicants must have strong troubleshooting experience with MAC OS as this is the predominant environment.
