The MAC OS Engineer II position at TD Bank involves defining, engineering, and designing enterprise-wide Mac OS-based end-user platforms, along with their management policies and infrastructure.   • Define, engineer, and design Enterprise-wide Mac OS-based end-user platforms and their corresponding management policies and infrastructure.
  • Define, engineer, and design support and control mechanisms to align with various regulatory standards utilizing configuration profiles and policies.
  • Assess and select product capabilities and features, ensuring multiple technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities.
  • Create high-level design documents, including estimated hardware, detailed program specifications, and resourcing costs.
  • Interface with the security controls and risk teams.
  • Provide 3rd level consultation requests and support.
  • Provide day-to-day technical guidance to Mac OS engineering team members.
  • Bachelor's or Graduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Mac OS engineering or a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge of specific domain or range of engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Deep systems internal knowledge of the Mac OS desktop Operating Systems.
  • Experience configuring and managing Mac devices with Enterprise MDM, JAMF or Intune, in an enterprise environment.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD, conditional access.
  • Knowledge of basic scripting languages such as Bash or Python.
  • Knowledge of Enterprise Mobility Management solutions, both Mobile Device Management and Mobile Application Management.
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Demonstrated technical expertise managing user experience and security of Apple devices.
