The MAC Manager is responsible for ensuring client satisfaction throughout the move management process by providing a single point of contact for all move management activities. This role acts as a liaison between teams and move vendors, communicating any last-minute updates. The MAC Manager must ensure that all move management activities are performed consistently with documented processes, adhering to the move management schedule and budget. Responsibilities include compiling move lists, preparing project status reports, facilitating project kick-off meetings, reviewing furniture layouts, scheduling movers, and troubleshooting lost items. The MAC Manager will also perform timely data input into the CAFM system and ensure compliance with key performance indicators while providing superior customer service.
