About The Position

Working with this prestigious Brand as a Makeup Artist is an opportunity for you to showcase your talents, from makeup application to diagnosing skincare concerns, this role offers it all and you can positively impact your customers and spread joy, who wouldn't want to do that on a daily basis?! This role is varied and will require you to: Create and build a clientele where you will be their trusted Advisor. Collaborate with the Counter Manager, Beauty Sales Manager and Brand Manager to grow your business and reach your full potential. Be confident in applying products, recommending products and closing the sale. Share your passion for the Brand and all their exciting offerings.

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail or hospitality environment and achieving sales targets.
• A passion for all things Beauty, and helping our customers feel great about themselves.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to approach customers in-store & via telephone in a confident friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding customer experience.
• Strong technical competency in makeup artistry, a certificate or diploma in makeup artistry would be in advantage.
• A keen eye for detail and making all things, including your Counter look beautiful!
