The company is seeking a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store. This role involves leading by example, coaching and mentoring the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and customer service targets. The Key Holder will also be responsible for essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and will handle store opening and closing duties on a rota basis.
