We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure the smooth efficient running of the Store. In this role, you will utilize your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, modeling the behaviors that the sales team needs to demonstrate in order to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. Your efforts will be crucial in achieving all sales and customer service targets, contributing to the overall success of the store. As a Key Holder, you will also be responsible for essential cash handling tasks, including start and end of day cash reconciliation. You will have the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a rotational basis, ensuring that all procedures are followed correctly.
