About The Position
This position requires proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. While not essential, previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and the ability to open and close the store, is desirable. Additionally, previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets, is also a plus. The role demands the ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment. Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software is required.
