About The Position
As one of our highly skilled freelance sales associates, you will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience which educates and delights our customers. This role involves providing make-up application, skin care advice, hair or fragrance consultations. You will also work as part of a high performing team to create impact with in-store events and to ensure that the store always achieves high standards of visual merchandising to stand out against competitors. This is a progressive career opportunity for dynamic self-starters within a leader in prestige beauty. While certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, applicants with beginner-level expertise are welcome. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, and hair consultation is highly valued, but the company is open to those looking to develop these skills. Requirements
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise (amateur level experience welcome)
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
Nice To Haves

- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
