Requirements

• Must be at least 18-years of age
• Must be a Certified Medication Aide licensed by the State of Alabama
• Must have a positive attitude toward the elderly
• Maintain resident confidentiality
• Treat residents with kindness, dignity and respect
• MUST BE MAC CERTIFIED

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine daily medications to residents
• Assist with patient care and medications
• Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications
• Record medication dosages and times
