Time Type: Full time Department: Education & Training Institute All Locations: 250 Sumner Street Position Summary: A MA Trainee will work in an assigned NeighborHealth Department fulfilling the duties assigned to them by their direct Manager. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Able to anticipate potential problems and problem-solve independently.
  • Good communication skills with the ability to work with different EBNHC departments both independently and as a team member.

  • Bilingual in Spanish prefer but not required.
  • Bilingual in Spanish prefer but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Will provide excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests for patients and NeighborHealth staff.
  • Will work in their assigned NeighborHealth Department supporting the needs of that Department, their colleagues, and patients (if applicable).
  • Will provide telephone/email support; answering phones/emails in a pleasant and cordial manner while providing excellent customer service to help resolve inquiries or requests.
  • Follow established departmental policies and procedures for environmental safety and infection control.
