About The Position

"Navitas Partners, LLC" is seeking an experienced M365 Support Engineer to support and enhance enterprise Microsoft 365 environments. This role focuses on SharePoint migrations, Power Platform support, security, and documentation.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience with SharePoint (2019 & Online) and large-scale migrations using ShareGate or Microsoft Migration Tool .
• Strong knowledge of permissions, metadata, governance, retention, and taxonomy .
• Experience with M365 security and compliance , including Azure AD, DLP, sensitivity labels, and retention policies.
• Hands-on support of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse ; understanding of ALM and security roles.
• Proficiency in PowerShell/PnP , with familiarity in Azure DevOps, Git, or TFS .
• Experience integrating M365 with tools such as Adobe Sign, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or ArcGIS .

• Microsoft certifications (M365, SharePoint, or Power Platform) preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and troubleshoot SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse).
• Lead migrations from network drives, Dropbox, and SharePoint 2019 to SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams .
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation .
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable M365 solutions.
• Resolve migration, integration, and performance issues.
