About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to support and manage employee-facing enterprise collaboration tools. This role entails configuring and maintaining diverse platforms and providing advanced technical support for enterprise solutions. The successful candidate will demonstrate administrative expertise in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and related tools, while maintaining a comprehensive documentation library that ensures system and data integrity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in Microsoft 365/SharePoint Administration.

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth knowledge of large enterprise Microsoft 365 Tenant Administration.
  • Extensive knowledge of SharePoint, Power Apps & Automate administration.
  • Working knowledge of PowerShell for M365 administration.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow, Incident, Change and Problem management.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow Reporting.
  • Working knowledge of ShareGate's Migration Tool or similar tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, management, and customers in a professional manner.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WebSphere is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Red Hat/Linux OS is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of SQL query is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the configuration, and maintenance of employee facing enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Viva Engage, Power Platform) and HCL Leap.
  • Manage Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, On-prem Data Gateway, Application lifecycle Management and DLP Policies.
  • Provide Level 2 & 3 technical support for incident resolution, problem diagnosis and change management of these applications.
  • Works with internal users, infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and/or software.
  • Analyzes, monitors, and fine-tunes these systems to achieve optimum performance levels.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge base and documentation library.
  • Participate in a team On-Call rotation to maintain service continuity.
