About The Position

The Microsoft 365 Engineer role at Cognizant involves advanced skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 services, including the Power Platform. This position focuses on resolving complex issues, integrating Microsoft 365 with other applications, and optimizing service performance to support digital transformation initiatives for clients.

Requirements

• Solid background in IT engineering and administration, preferably with Microsoft technologies.
• Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services including Azure Active Directory and Azure Monitor.
• Familiarity with PowerShell and other scripting languages for automation.
• Solid experience in support management.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Dynamics 365 integration.
• Knowledge of security best practices for Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Power Platform.
• Resolve complex issues related to Microsoft 365 services and Power Platform solutions.
• Integrate and customize Microsoft 365 services with other applications and systems.
• Create and maintain documentation and standard processes for Microsoft 365 services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 tenants, domains, and subscriptions.
• Monitor and optimize the performance and health of Microsoft 365 services.
• Implement and manage hybrid scenarios integrating Microsoft 365 with on-premises systems.
• Develop and deploy custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Provide guidance and support to Power Platform developers and users.
