Requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform all assigned activities and job tasks within a line or area.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Take corrective actions in solving problems to root cause level.
• Assess equipment operating reliability and perform routine repairs, adjustments, and malfunction troubleshooting.
• Work with Maintenance to complete equipment PM's.
• Maintain accurate records of QC checks, production numbers, or waste performance.
• Keep detailed log books and perform all shift support documentation in a quality manner.
• Perform QC tasks such as metal checks, inspection of date codes, item numbers, dump logs, etc.
• Take ownership for product quality and perform all standard quality checks and other quality-related duties.
• Operate a forklift and utilize basic standard desktop systems (LSS, PSL, MIS, SQCIS, etc.).
• Understand principles of inventory control and production schedules.
