About The Position
CWT Meetings & Events is seeking a Reconciliation Support Specialist II. This position is responsible for functions that support the successful commission collection, client invoice, and client reconciliation services for mid complexity meetings and events. This includes collaboration with meeting planners, group air planners, and others accountable for the reconciliation of M&E programs. The role involves reviewing, reconciling, and submitting supplier invoices for payment processing, reconciling contracts to charges identified for client billing, and analyzing and controlling events to define and close any financial discrepancies during the full meeting lifecycle. Additionally, the specialist will review and resolve discrepancies with Commercial and Operational Teams, support the internal billing process, check and adjust PO numbers, close events, prepare fee collections, and contact suppliers to confirm commission amounts. The position also requires issuing approved commission values, preparing and submitting commission invoices to suppliers, and answering questions from external and internal clients.
