Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or relevant field required.
• Demonstrated interest in construction management and the construction industry.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong initiative and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Time management skills, with the ability to handle various responsibilities while meeting strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assists in preparation of design and construction documents and solutions to general MEP or sustainable design issues.
• Checks and coordinates details and dimensions.
• Performs basic drafting work.
• Computes and compiles engineering data from prescribed sources.
• Research and recommend solutions to design document problems, including conflicts, interferences and errors.
