About The Position
Plan International Zambia is seeking to hire a Monitoring & Evaluation Officer. The purpose of this position is to ensure monitoring and evaluation activities of Plan International Zambia are implemented based on Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) strategy, standard and program quality policy. This would be demonstrated in undertaking responsibilities which includes technical and support supervision of project implementation and review of research/study reports and providing capacity building training on MERL/MEAL for staff and partners and establishing data base, documenting lessons learned and good practices. The role reports to the Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Manager with a dotted line to the Project Manager, to be based in Lunga District, Luapula Program Area.
