About The Position
Vanda Pharmaceuticals, a specialty pharmaceutical company based in Washington, D.C., is dedicated to the development and commercialization of novel therapies aimed at addressing high unmet medical needs and enhancing the lives of patients. We are currently seeking a talented and patient-focused M.D./Ph.D. to join our expanding Research & Development team. This role is pivotal in shaping the clinical program strategies for our phase I-IV studies, ensuring that our research aligns with our mission to improve patient outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive clinical program strategies that guide our studies from inception through to completion. This includes participating in the preparation of regulatory filings such as annual updates, New Drug Applications (NDAs), and Investigational New Drug applications (INDs). Additionally, the role involves managing the preparation of scientific presentations and publications, which are essential for disseminating our research findings to the broader medical community.
