We’re looking for a results-driven M&A Transaction Manager – Strategy and Execution to lead strategic assessments and execute complex M&A initiatives. You’ll work closely with business leaders, finance, legal, and operations to drive corporate growth through well-executed transactions. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA strongly preferred).
  • 6+ years in M&A execution, corporate strategy, or management consulting.
  • Proven experience managing complex M&A transactions from start to finish.
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent communication and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deal-driven environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in BPO or services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end M&A execution, from strategic assessment to deal close.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Build and validate business cases, including synergy and value capture models.
  • Manage due diligence and pre-close activities across functional teams.
  • Design integration and separation strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Prepare investment memos, executive presentations, and board updates.
  • Support post-close planning to ensure operational handoff and value realization.
