About The Position
The M&A Sourcing & Execution Associate is responsible for executing buyside transactions for a private equity-based roll-up and sourcing new M&A opportunities. This role involves building relationships with business owners, brokers, and consultants to support the M&A sourcing funnel, developing deal memos, conducting financial analysis, and contributing to valuation models. The Associate plays a crucial role in supporting a $200+ million deal pipeline and collaborates with various stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with business goals.
