About The Position

This position assists in the development of financial models and coordinating the due diligence process. This position analyzes potential target companies and monitors pre- and post-closing obligations to ensure they are fulfilled. This position establishes initial valuations of target companies through the analysis of financial profiles and identification of potential risks and synergies.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Responsibilities

• Support mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions by analyzing financial data, researching companies and industries, and assisting in deal structuring and execution.
• Conduct research and due diligence gathering information on companies, industries, and market trends.
• Conduct financial analysis including analyzing financial statements and developing financial models.
• Collaborate with M&A team members to assist with other duties like preparing draft documents and reports.
