About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced M&A Manager to lead high-value transactions and drive financial close across major renewable projects. You’ll manage deal structuring, negotiations, and execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver bankable outcomes.

Requirements

• Degree in Law, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred).
• 6+ years’ experience in project finance, banking, or M&A.
• Strong understanding of renewable investment structures.
• Commercially sharp with excellent negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and close complex M&A and project finance transactions.
• Oversee financial models, due diligence, and credit processes.
• Negotiate deal terms and commercial agreements.
• Support acquisitions, divestments, and PPA negotiations.
