In this critically important role, you will lead the Global Sales & Marketing Merger & Acquisition Integration team in bringing together all functions across commercial operations, sales and marketing to accelerate the integration of our strategic acquisitions. With a heavy focus on strategic integration planning and project management execution activities, this role will ensure there is a clear plan for all commercial operations, sales and marketing functions for the entire lifecycle of an acquisition. You will lead a team that designs end-to-end processes that span multiple commercial functions in sales, marketing and the business units and will report to the Director, Stragtegy, Transformation and Commercial Effectiveness. We are looking for a broad set of prior experiences, strong project management skills, and a process improvement mindset. The ideal individual will have experience in building complex plans, coordinating many project stakeholders, and managing people.
