About The Position
As an M&A Intern within Scout's team, you will support the due diligence process for acquisitions and potential sales of utility-scale wind, solar, and storage projects. This role involves managing data rooms, conducting analyses, and coordinating third-party reviews, while engaging strategically with the Development team to enhance their focus on project development. You will also assist in risk assessment, term sheet negotiations, and project identification, contributing to Scout's growth in renewable energy development.
