About The Position

Atlassians can choose where they work - whether in an office, from home, or a combination of the two. That way, Atlassians have more control over supporting their family, personal goals, and other priorities. We can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company. Our Corporate Development group is comprised of teams focusing on acquisitions, ventures and partnerships. Responsibilities

  • Lead the functional integration approach from deal-close through the entire integration lifecycle to the steady state.

  • Drive alignment across a diverse set of stakeholders, ranging from the M&A team to subject matter experts in different departments.
  • Lead integration meetings, document decisions and follow up on actions.
  • Identify poorly defined areas and processes and collaboratively implement improvement changes.
