About The Position

The Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration Intern will join Jabil’s Global M&A Integration team and support the full lifecycle of active acquisitions—from due diligence through post‑close integration. This role provides exposure to cross-functional teamwork, process improvement, and executive-level visibility in a fast-paced, global environment. The intern will help with integration execution, project management tasks, and documentation to ensure smooth and successful transitions for Jabil’s acquired businesses.

Requirements

  • Majors: Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
  • Class Year(s): Junior, Senior, Recent Graduate, Graduate Students.
  • GPA: Min 3.0
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams); experience with Power BI.
  • Interest in M&A, corporate strategy, and process improvement.
  • Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self‑starter with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
  • Active Listening: Understands information fully before responding, enabling thoughtful and effective communication.
  • Collaborative Agility: Builds trust and works smoothly with diverse teams and functions.
  • Sound Judgment: Uses discretion and makes well‑considered decisions in dynamic situations.

  • Availability: Must be available to work in St. Petersburg, FL from May 18, 2026– Aug 7, 2026.

  • Familiarity with project management fundamentals is a preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global M&A Integration team on active transactions, including due diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution.
  • Manage administrative and coordination tasks within Jabil’s project management platform (DealRoom) to ensure timely updates and cross-functional alignment.
  • Take detailed notes during meetings and summarize key decisions, risks, and next steps for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with functional leads across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Supply Chain, and Legal to track progress and maintain project documentation.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance integration efficiency, consistency, and knowledge sharing.
  • Assist in building and maintaining integration playbooks, dashboards, and templates to support repeatable, scalable integration processes.
  • Lead smaller meetings or initiatives as capability and confidence grow throughout the internship.
