  • Manage day-to-day compensation integration tasks: population uploads, base pay conversions, job architecture mapping, and related system updates.
  • Build and maintain integration trackers, playbooks, and test scripts; own cutover readiness for compensation-related activities.
  • Implement retention and transition payments, coordinate with Payroll and Tax, and ensure accurate treatment.
  • Partner with enterprise compensation team on market and pricing analyses to support recommended pay adjustments during integration and socialize findings and treatments to drive successful execution.
  • Produce integration reporting and audits; resolve post-close compensation exceptions and employee inquiries.
  • Partner closely with HRIS/Workday teams and vendors to complete data loads, validate results, and ensure data integrity.
  • Implement and operationalize M&A compensation plans including data intake and mapping, job matching, compensation conversions, onboarding of pay and incentive programs into core systems, implementation of retention payments, and transactional support during the integration window.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resource Management, Accounting, or Finance; Master's/Advanced Degree (Preferred)
  • 4-7 years experience in compensation or total rewards, experience with hands-on HRIS (Workday preferred) or compensation system execution.
  • Strong Excel and data handling skills, with experience managing large headcount conversions.
  • Experience running merit and bonus cycles; familiarity with equity instruments and payroll tax basics.
  • Excellent project tracking, test/cutover execution, and audit-quality attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and effective execution of M&A compensation plans. (Required)
  • Strong analytical skills to handle data intake, mapping, and compensation conversions efficiently. (Required)
  • Capability to collaborate across different departments and teams to ensure smooth integration and execution of compensation strategies. (Required)
  • Excellent communication skills to maintain constant interaction with partners and team members, ensuring clarity and alignment of objectives. (Required)
  • Ability to think strategically to align M&A compensation plans with broader organizational goals and ensure their effective implementation. (Required)
  • Prior M&A operational experience, familiarity with payroll systems, and exposure to global compensation treatments preferred.
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
  • Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
  • WorldatWork CCP certification or equivalent professional designation preferred
