About The Position
The M&A Attorney position at Latitude is a full-time remote contract role designed for an experienced attorney with a strong background in mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will work closely with the Division General Counsel and Head of M&A, supporting various corporate transactions, including M&A, corporate reorganizations, and governance matters.
