As an Associate within Harris Williams, you will be based in our New York office working with the Energy, Power and Infrastructure team. Harris Williams will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

Requirements

  • Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
  • Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
  • Specific certifications are often required.

Responsibilities

  • Assists with assignments and transactions.
  • Actively contributes during every phase of the deal process.
  • Active participation on transaction teams.
  • Leads the writing and development of both initial pitch material and descriptive memoranda.
  • Active participation in drafting sessions and due diligence meetings.
