About The Position
The Corporate Development Analyst assists in a wide variety of M&A activities and ad hoc projects. Supports Corporate Development in managing various workstreams during acquisitions and divestitures, including market research, due diligence, structuring, negotiating and closing. Maintains detailed M&A and Real Estate Pipelines, diligence request lists, virtual data rooms, and other ad hoc transaction activity. Assists with preparation of materials and models for executive, investor, and board presentations for approval projects related to M&A, capex, and/or real estate. Works directly with Corporate Development team in managing Asbury's real estate portfolio, including RealtyShare, tax payments, assessments and appeals. Other ad hoc projects and analytics as identified by management.
