About The Position
The M&A Analyst will serve as the primary analyst for M&A activities in North America, reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer. This role involves creating financial models, conducting research and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, and preparing investment theses for board approval. The analyst will engage in all aspects of the acquisition process, from identifying targets to closing deals and supporting integration efforts. The position allows for remote work, although preference is given to candidates who can work from one of RESA Power's existing locations.
