About The Position

Our legacy of innovation continues with the Lyve Product Family, a comprehensive portfolio of solutions and services that address customer challenges from Edge to Core to Cloud. As a Partner Account Representative II, you will play a critical role in expanding Seagate’s reach by building and nurturing relationships with strategic partners across the United States. You’ll be responsible for driving partner engagement, enabling partner success, and accelerating joint sales opportunities through the Lyve portfolio of solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence partner strategy, grow revenue, and represent a respected industry leader in data storage and cloud services.

Requirements

  • Experience in channel sales, partner management, or alliances within the technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of Storage, SaaS, Cloud, or IT Services.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, SPIN, or Challenger.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other partner and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage strategic partners to drive joint business growth.
  • Equip partners with the tools, knowledge, and resources needed to effectively position and sell Lyve solutions.
  • Work closely with partners to develop and execute joint account plans, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.
  • Meet and exceed partner-influenced sales targets.
  • Support partners in building and managing a healthy pipeline of opportunities.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner ecosystem developments.
  • Partner with internal sales, marketing, product, and support teams to ensure partner success.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $114,000 - $168,000.
  • Eligible for additional commission-based compensation pursuant to an established commission sales plan.
