About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as full- or part-time Caregivers. This role allows you to make a meaningful impact in your community while building a rewarding career. Caregivers will earn between $21.17 - $24.28 per hour and enjoy a host of benefits, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off, and more. Requirements

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills
