Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Lymphedema Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team at our outpatient Burlington clinic. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) who has successfully completed training with a certified lymphedema training course (i.e. Klose Training, Norton Training etc). The position of CLT at our clinic includes evaluating and treating patients with lymphedema of the upper extremities, lower extremities, head/neck, breast and genitals. This includes guiding patients through Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) and working with the patient to establish their lymphedema maintenance program after treatment, including measuring for custom and ready-to-wear garments, developing appropriate home exercise programs, and assisting in the process of obtaining specialized equipment such as pneumatic compression pumps. The Physical Therapist II acts as a clinical and administrative resource for the department and helps to facilitate safe and effective flow of department functions while maintaining the requirements of a Physical Therapist II as described in the “Rehabilitation Services Career Ladder Document”.
