About The Position
Lymphedema Certified Physical Therapist (PT) - Home Health Preferred Home Care of Florida, a Medicare Home Health Agency, is hiring Per-Diem PTs certified with Lymphedema! Therapists will provide home based services such as evaluations, assessment and treatment.
Requirements
- Florida State PT License
- CPR Certification
- Malpractice Insurance
- Recent Physical Exam
- 3 Years PT experience
- Home Health PT: 1 year (Required)
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- Lymphedema certificate(required)
