We're addressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society.Come Join an Inclusive TeamAs part of LYB’s Operating Model (LYBOM) transformation, the LYB Operating Model Transformation Leader plays a critical role in ensuring coordination, integration, and alignment across six enterprise tracks: Hire to Retire (H2R), Plan to Perform (P2P), Record to Report (R2R), Lead to Cash (L2C), Demand to Supply (D2S), and Source to Pay (S2P). These tracks form the backbone of LYB’s future-state enterprise model, embedding standardized end-to-end processes, digital enablement, and scalable service delivery across functions. The role provides the connective tissue between track leaders, program management, and functional stakeholders, ensuring that activities within and across tracks are executed in a disciplined, synchronized manner. By overseeing cross-track dependencies, governance, and risk management, the LYB Operating Model Transformation Leader ensures that workstreams move forward in alignment with LYBOM’s transformation agenda, ERP deployment milestones, and broader digital transformation initiatives. This position is central to harmonizing global processes, integrating technology and people readiness, and enabling a sustainable transition to the new OM. The LYB Operating Model Transformation Leader ensures that LYB’s transformation balances operational excellence with cultural and organizational change. Key to the role is driving cross-track visibility and accountability: ensuring clear reporting on progress, risks, and KPIs, preparing leadership updates, and enabling timely decision-making across complex and interdependent initiatives. The role also drives adoption of standardized methodologies, instills governance discipline, and fosters collaboration across functions, geographies, and levels of the organization. Ultimately, the LYB Operating Model Transformation Leader supports the Sr. Program Director and serves as a critical enabler of the LYB enterprise transformation journey, helping to translate strategy into coordinated execution, bridging people, process, and technology, and ensuring that value realization from the transformation is captured consistently across all tracks. This leader will need to exude passion for the transformation efforts through instilling a disciplined approach in identifying and capturing value opportunities, challenging the status quo to drive optimized process and operating model outcomes, and influencing the broader organization to drive the right decisions and pace of change in achieving the future enterprise operating model design.
