About The Position

The LVN II is accountable and responsible for selected aspects of patient care for a designated group of patients within the LVN scope of practice, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The LVN practice is assigned, delegated, and supervised by a RN or MD who has overall responsibility for the coordination and management of care. Supporting our Irvine Urgent Care Clinic, this position will work three 12hr shifts per week. Clinic hours are from 10am-10pm and open Sunday - Saturday.

Requirements

Minimum one (1) year of LVN experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
Graduate of an accredited school for Licensed Vocational Nursing.
Knowledge and ability to provide age appropriate patient care and cultural and spiritual needs.
