About The Position

Requirements
- Active CA LVN license
- Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work NOC shift independently and confidently
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, calm presence
Nice To Haves
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Deliver safe, compassionate, and timely nursing care
- Pass medications accurately and maintain documentation
- Support CNAs and collaborate with interdisciplinary team
- Communicate changes in resident condition
- Uphold high standards of infection control and resident safety
