Welcome to Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care. We are a Medicare-certified premier skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that serves the greater Peninsula region in San Jose, California. We are a proud provider of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation. Our facility is conveniently located in San Jose, next to Regional Medical Center, and a short drive to Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, O'Connor Hospital, and other major hospitals. Canyon Springs Post-Acute Care is hiring Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Looking for Full Time - AM Shift Looking for: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with a passion for working with seniors. Must have an ability to communicate well in writing and verbally in English. Trainable and able to follow instructions and implement them. Able to make independent decisions and apply critical thinking. Must be a dedicated, compassionate and caring team-player.
