About The Position

MVP Pediatric Home Health is hiring LVN Nurses! We are seeking compassionate and dependable nurses to provide skilled care, treatment, and rehabilitation in accordance with individualized pediatric care plans. This position includes active participation in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor, referring physicians, and other agencies involved in the patient’s care. Patient Case 23-year-old patient Family is seeking one daytime LVN ONLY for 5:30 AM – 8:30 PM shift, Saturday - Monday Diagnoses include: UNSPECIFIED INTELLECTUAL DISABILITIES; DEVELOPMENTAL DISORDER OF SPEECH AND LANGUAGE, UNSPECIFIED; Other deletions of part of a chromosome Patient does not have a trach or vent. Patient is mobile (no lifting) and somewhat verbal. Requirements

Current Texas Nursing License (LVN only)
Valid Texas driver's license
Current CPR certification accepted by the agency
Self-motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision
