About The Position
Rancho Bellagio Post-Acute is seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team on the night (NOC) shift. This role is ideal for an LVN who is committed to providing high-quality care in a skilled nursing environment. Requirements
- Current and active California LVN license
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure quality resident outcomes
- Uphold all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
