What You’ll Do: Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care based on residents’ plans of care. Observe and communicate residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor (RN), Director of Nursing, or physician as needed. Mentor and model professional nursing practices for neighborhood/household staff. Promote a person-centered, resident-directed culture in alignment with regulatory requirements. Support team learning, safety, and quality care initiatives. Advocate for residents’ preferences, comfort, and well-being.

Requirements

Current California LVN license and CPR certification.
3–5 years of experience in skilled nursing or retirement/assisted living preferred.
Knowledge of Title XXII and OBRA regulations.
Compassionate, professional, and flexible for on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and provide routine daily nursing care based on residents’ plans of care.
