Start your day making a difference. Vineyard Post Acute is looking for a compassionate, dependable Full-Time LVN to join our dedicated AM shift team. Requirements

  • Current California LVN license
  • Current CPR or BLS certification
  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
  • Team-oriented with a resident-centered mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Monitor, assess, and document resident conditions
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate and support residents and families regarding care plans
  • Contribute to a calm, organized, and compassionate care environment
