Requirements
- Must be certified and in good standing with the state of California
Responsibilities
- Providing compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents
- Supervising and supporting CNAs to ensure daily care needs are met
- Administering medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitoring resident conditions and reporting changes promptly
- Maintaining clear and accurate documentation in compliance with facility policies
- Promoting a clean, safe, and positive environment for residents and staff alike
