About The Position
Provides general nursing care to inpatients and Swing patients in the Medical Surgical department. Effectively plans and communicates patient and family education. Accurate and timely documentation consistent with nursing practice and hospital policy. Coordinates care planning with other disciplines on the patient care team under RN supervision.
Requirements
- California LVN License and BLS certification.
- Six (6) months of recent full-time LVN experience
